Flat Rate Shipping : 

Canada: $15 CAD Flat Rate Shipping

All Canadian orders are shipped through Freightcom, our multi-carrier shipping platform. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped using Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or another trusted courier to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery.

United States: $25 CAD Flat Rate Shipping

International: $45 CAD Flat Rate Shipping

Note: Weekends & holidays do not count as a shipping day.

Rural & Remote Areas

Some remote or rural locations may require additional shipping charges and do not qualify for flat-rate shipping. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you for approval before your order is shipped.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email from Freightcom.

Please check your Inbox, Junk, Spam, and Promotions folders, as tracking emails may occasionally be filtered by your email provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing queue.

  • A 15% cancellation fee applies to any cancelled order.
  • Once an order has been submitted, items cannot be added, removed, or changed.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
