DIRECTIONS

Tesamorelin 10mg – Proper Reconstitution (No Gelling)

1. Bring to room temperature

• Allow vial and bacteriostatic water to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes
• Do not mix while cold

2. Add bacteriostatic water slowly

• Use 2–3 mL bacteriostatic water
• Insert needle and let the liquid run slowly down the inside wall of the vial
• Do not inject directly onto the powder

3. Let it sit

• Place vial on a flat surface
• Do not disturb for 5–10 minutes
• Allow the peptide to dissolve naturally

4. Gentle mixing (if needed)

• Lightly swirl or tilt
• Do not shake or agitate

5. Inspect solution

Solution should be:

• Clear
• Free of particles
• No cloudiness or streaking
• Water-like consistency
• If solution appears cloudy, gel-like, or contains particles → do not use

6. Storage

• Store refrigerated at 2–8°C
• Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations

Tesamorelin is a sensitive peptide. Improper handling — including rapid injection of bacteriostatic water, temperature shock, or excessive agitation — may cause the solution to become cloudy, clump, or form a gel-like consistency.

Once gelling or improper dissolution occurs, the product may be compromised and should not be used. This is related to handling conditions and not considered a product defect.
